/ THE COACH
I'm Irish.
My approach is built at the intersection of emergency medicine discipline and evidence-based physique science. As a Nationally Registered EMT and active FEMA disaster strike team member, I operate in high-stakes environments where precision, protocol, and rapid decision-making are non-negotiable. That same standard drives every program I write.
I coach three different kinds of people — not everyone wants to be a bodybuilder, and the coaching shouldn't pretend otherwise. Some clients want a healthier life, some want to stay strong for their sport, and some are chasing the classic stage look. The discipline is the same. The protocol is built around your goal.
I don't sell motivation — I sell systems. Whether that system is your first deload week, your first 5K, or your first show, every protocol is custom-built from your data, training age, recovery capacity, and long-term goals. Nothing is templated. Nothing is guessed.

/ THE THREE PATHS
Same coach.
Three tracks.
Pick the path that matches your life. You can switch later — and most clients eventually do.
PATH 01
Health & Wellness
For the person who doesn't want to step on a stage — they want to eat better, sleep better, and actually enjoy feeling good in their body. We work on nutrition, recovery, stress, and the small daily habits that compound over years.

Fitness & Movement
For lifters, sport players, runners, and hybrid athletes who want to stay strong and capable without bodybuilder-level intensity. Conditioning, mobility, functional strength, and a program that fits around the sport or activity you actually love.

Bodybuilding
The original Team Quad track — Mentzer Heavy Duty programming, nutrition, recovery, and stage prep. For people chasing the classic silhouette and willing to follow a protocol to get there.

How we work together.
Full Assessment
We start with a comprehensive intake: training history, injury profile, current routine, lifestyle constraints, and stated goals. I don't write a single exercise until I understand how you recover, how you sleep, and how you respond to stimulus.
Custom Protocol
Your lifting split, meal plan, and supplement stack are built from the ground up. Every macro is calculated. Every set is prescribed with intent. Every progression is mapped across a 12–16 week block.
Weekly Oversight
Sunday check-ins are mandatory and non-negotiable. Photos, weight, sleep data, mood scores, and training notes are reviewed every week. Adjustments are made on Monday morning based on the data — not on how you "feel" the plan is going.
/ CREDENTIALS & RESEARCH
What I bring to the table.
NREMT / EMT
Emergency medicine trains split-second triage under pressure — the same skill I use when a client stalls mid-prep, sleep crashes, or recovery falls off. Protocol first, panic never.
FEMA Strike Team
Disaster response is long-horizon logistics: resource allocation, contingency planning, and keeping a team operational when conditions degrade. That maps directly to 16-week preps, training blocks, and off-season rebuilds.
Anatomy & Phys
You can't load a structure you don't understand. Formal A&P means I know exactly which tissues are under stress, how they adapt, and why your pain pattern isn't just 'tightness' — it's a load-management issue.
Nutrition Science
Macros, micronutrients, meal timing, gut health — every plan I write is built on peer-reviewed nutrition data, not influencer trends. Food is the rate-limiter for training, recovery, and physique.
Recovery Research
Sleep architecture, HRV, parasympathetic recovery, deload theory — recovery is where adaptation actually happens. I program rest the same way I program training: with intent.
Research-Led
I don't follow bro-science trends. I follow data: myonuclear domain theory, motor-unit recruitment, and peer-reviewed literature on hypertrophy. Your protocol is built on what actually works, not what sounds good on a forum.
/ DEEP DIVE · FUEL
Carbs run the engine.
When training to failure, glycogen is the rate-limiter — not protein. Full muscle glycogen drives intra-set force output, post-set growth signaling, and the cell-volumization that visually separates a fed physique from a flat one. Strip carbs and the whole Heavy Duty engine starves.
Every plan I write puts the right carbs in the right windows: jasmine rice and potato around training, oats and fruit in the morning, low-volume starches at night. Protein hits a fixed floor, fat fills the remainder. Predictable, repeatable, and never the reason someone stalls.
/ DEEP DIVE · RECOVERY
Recovery is law.
Every Team Quad client tracks the inputs that drive adaptation — sleep, stress, sessions logged, sets to failure, weight, mood. We re-evaluate on a schedule and adjust protocol against the data, never against vibes.
That same EMT discipline that reads a 12-lead in seconds is the discipline reading your training logs. If something trends wrong, we course-correct before it becomes a problem — that's the entire value of the system.
